Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note: There are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURN POLICY

We sincerely believe in the quality of our products, yet understand that occasionally circumstances may result in damages during shipping or from a manufacturer defect. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, and a 10% restocking fee will apply. We will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

RETURN PROCESS

Please contact our Customer Service team to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to return your defective product. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your product to the address below. However, in many cases,  you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your returned shipment (5 to 10 business days), processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  1. Get RAN Number from IPTV TECHSs Customer Service. Have your proof of purchase on hand when calling. Return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase.
  2. Mark the RAN number clearly on the outside of the package, and include a copy of your original proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the defective product to IPTV TECHS or the IPTV TECHS Partner.
  4. If there is a hardware or software failure during the Limited Warranty or Extended Care Warranty period, IPTV TECHS will fix or replace the unit with a replacement unit at no cost to you. You are responsible for shipping the defective product to IPTV TECHS or the IPTV TECHS Partner. IPTV TECHS or the IPTV TECHS Partner will pay for return shipping.

Note: If you send us a working product with no issues, during the warranty period, IPTV TECHS will charge you $50 for inspection fees. Additionally, you will be required to pay the return shipping charges.
